How do lesson credits work?
- Once you have a credit, navigate to the lesson you want
- Click the 'Unlock Lesson Plan' button next to the video
- Confirm spending your credit
- The lesson materials (Printable PDF, Interactive PDF, Google Slide Lesson, etc.) will appear for downloading.
Do lessons or lesson credits expire?
No, credits do not expire. You can use your credit(s) whenever you wish. Also, after unlocking a lesson, the lesson plan materials for that lesson are all yours to keep! You can then download it as many times as you wish. Any lesson you unlock will be stored in your “My Lessons” folder in the top header of the website when you’re logged in and available to download unlimited times.
What are the subscription terms?
Subscriptions will by default be set to auto-renew, but you can turn this off at any time in your settings. You can also fully cancel your subscription anytime.
What payment methods do you offer?
Our payment system is powered and processed by Stripe. At checkout, you can pay via credit card (Stripe accepts most of the major ones, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Discovery). Alternatively, you can by PayPal if you have an account. If you have questions about payment methods, please contact us.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
At checkout, you can include the billing information you’d like to show on your invoice (with the exception of PayPal payments). The invoice will be sent automatically to you by email after you make a purchase.

All pricing for schools is customized. However, you can expect the general pricing system below in which the subscription rate is based on the amount of teachers you would like to grant full access Fluentize accounts to.
